There is no fee to participate as a vendor. I agree to comply with all applicable health and safety regulations and will acquire all applicable business and/or Mobile Food Truck Vendor’s License required by the City of Langley. I agree to conduct my business in a manner that aligns with the values of inclusivity and diversity celebrated at this event SOUTH WHIDBEY PRIDE HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: * I agree to participate in the South Whidbey Pride Post Parade Celebration (“Celebration”) organized by South Whidbey Pride on June 21, 2025. In doing so, I acknowledge and accept the following terms: I understand and voluntarily accept the risks associated with participating in the celebration, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and emotional distress. I release South Whidbey Pride, its officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates (South Whidbey Community Center and South Whidbey School District) from any liability arising from my participation in the Celebration, including personal injury, property damage, or any other loss. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless South Whidbey Pride and their affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation in the Celebration, including claims by third parties. I will adhere to all rules and instructions provided by the Parade and Celebration organizers and conduct myself in a safe and respectful manner. I authorize Celebration organizers to obtain medical treatment for me in case of injury or medical emergency during the Celebration. I permit South Whidbey Pride to use photographs, videos, or recordings taken of me during the Celebration for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes without compensation. I have read and understand this binding Hold Harmless Agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms as a condition of participating in the Celebration.
